• Controlled business, financial and organisational strategy (budgets, P&L, and balance sheets) projecting average growth forecasts of 6.49% and revenues of over £300M by year 4, with dividends over 6%, underpinned by 2.7M data points.

 

• Developed global and regional B2C strategy to achieve a household reach of over 540M (EMEA, N. America, LATAM, APAC) and championed innovative applications of AI, ML, and Blockchain for cost-effective content solutions.

 

• Masterminded a cutting-edge technology strategy encompassing satellite, cable, OTT, streaming, AVOD, SVOD, and UHD, optimising digital content acquisition, post-production and play-out, enhancing workflows, efficiency and scalability.

 

• Developed the strategic vision for delivery of editorial and creative content development across multinational and multilingual teams, and oversaw production planning and scheduling, rights management, compliance and governance.

 

• Led Negotiations with vendors to build strategic stakeholder partnerships and a team of over 100 B2B contributors.

 

• Established high-level relationships in EU government bodies to address geo-political and regulatory market challenges.

 

• Attended exclusive events with the President of Estonia, US Senators, Ambassadors, Diplomats, Industry leaders and HNWIs.
